Hello All,
I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween! I know me, Josh and Phoenix had a blast. We ended up with bags of candy for all, and plenty left over for us to enjoy! I always feel like my Halloween decorations have to come down as soon as Halloween is over, but this is not necessarily true. Many things that I used to decorate for Halloween, can be carried over for Thanksgiving too. For example, pumpkins and crows can all be used to decorate for Thanksgiving. At the same time, now is the chance to pull out all of your fall decor! Here are some of my favorites!

So I made these little things right here! I sent them to Walgreens and had them developed into 8x10s and they are going up in my hallway! Here are the printables:

OMG! So simple! Modge Podge leaves to glass candle holders or mason jars (if you are into that whole rustic thing like I am) and add a tea light candle! BOOM! Done! Beautiful! Plus, all of these things can be found at Dollar Tree (Modge Podge is simply water and and Elmer's Glue!)!
This is another simple craft! Print the letters onto paper squares and either bake in the oven to get an antique look, or take brown paint and brush the edges. Then, take brown ribbon and hang from your mantle! Super quick and super easy!!
Wooden mantle topper. This can go a lot of different ways. You can buy a 2' 2x4 and paint the letters on the board or buy letters and glue to the board. This can also be done with blocks and painted letters, or tree limbs and wooden letters. Whichever is easiest for you, that is the key. Decorating should not be difficult, it should be therapeutic. You should be able to take an hour and make your house look homey, and not be stressed about it!
